Perhaps you are comfortable and confident in an authoritative role, but not as a visionary or inspirational leader. Your body language and presence will be impacted by your comfort and confidence in these situations, and by your wiring, experiences and personality.
• Identify your goals and desired outcomes. Identify and commit to the most important shifts you’d like to make.
• Explore and coach around your current presence and communication. Review your posture, gestures, body movements, facial expressions, voice and eye contact and make adjustments to accurately communicate your message.
