We don’t all  learn the same way. Some of us are more visual, some more auditory. Some of us like to hear stories, others just the facts. So, when you speak, it’s essential to speak to the various ways people learn, so you speak to everyone! Without speaking your audience’s “language” you miss the opportunity to engage them fully and move them to your point of view, and audience engagement is the name of the game!
