Oftentimes I’m called in as a coach when, for example, someone is doing a presentation and isn’t feeling confident, or either has expanded or wants to expand into a new arena and doesn’t know where to start. Almost always there is a feeling of pressure to perform. Of course! Anytime we start something new or out of our comfort zone, we’re going to feel a little pressure, especially if someone else can be affected, which is almost always!
