I hate to admit how many years of in-depth, real experience I've had with individuals and organizations from a variety of industries. But, the good news is that, as a result, I can facilitate your team through experiences that are real and meaningful and in alignment with your goals through leadership and skill as a coach, facilitator, trainer, speaker, and communications professional.

I've been fortunate to hold management positions with a multinational corporation, a statewide association, a public relations and advertising agency, and a national retail chain, and serve as the executive director for two nonprofit organizations. I've owned my business for more than 25 years and am the author of two books that encourage you to find your powerful authentic voice and release your brilliance: Finding Your Authentic Voice and Ah Ha! 100 Flashes of Insight and Inspiration from Your Authentic Voice.

And, I'm a performer - have been since I was teeny tiny. I've sung and danced for significant national events including the Super Bowl Halftime Show, the Indianapolis 500 and Bob Hope's Birthday Party, and at a county fair on the bed of a flatbed truck. Knowing how to work in different situations and be quick on your feet is a plus.
